We are proud to share a milestone from our second realization project at Solvay Herten (NL): the design and successful pressure test of a new azeotropic distillation column, replacing the site’s legacy glass unit.
The new column is built from ETFE-lined steel, with a diameter of DN450 and a height of approximately 11 meters. It includes a dedicated three-phase separator and fully integrated piping design.
Fabrication and testing were carried out by Baum Lined Piping GmbH (Germany), with TÜV supervision.
